1977 Piper Super Cheyenne II

(Blackhawk PT6A-135A Conversion)

For someone looking for a top quality entry level turbo-prop, Cheyenne N950CT deserves a long look. With 795 hours since factory new PT6A-135A upgraded engines and new 4-Blade Black-Mac propellers, this plane is ready to deliver economical service for many years to come. These upgraded engines give this Cheyenne easy 12-15 minute to FL250 climbs and 270-275 knot performance once there.

The Cheyenne still shines in this age of single-engine turbo-props. Try carrying 900 lb of payload and 5.6 hours of fuel in a single engine turbo-prop for anywhere near $1 million!  The piece of mind of having two of the most reliable turbine engines ever built is an added plus.  Operational expenses on a quality Cheyenne will be comparable to the single engine turbo-prop, and the depreciation curve looks much better. This Cheyenne is priced at just a bit above the value of the PT6A-135A engines and props. The -135A engines are in high demand and will always provide a backstop from depreciation on this fantastically maintained Cheyenne.

This aircraft has been meticulously maintained in recent years by a Piper Dealer / Service Center that also has maintained a charter Cheyenne fleet for decades.  N950CT has all new recently installed windows, including new heated (glass) pilot's and co-pilot's windows.  It is $100,000+ to put new glass in a Cheyenne today, and there are only a few Cheyennes in the fleet with recent all new windows.  During inspection events in 2017 both engine nacelles got complete new wiring harnesses - another huge dollar maintenance item that few Cheyennes in the fleet have had accomplished.

This Cheyenne is based in the Tulsa Oklahoma area, and can be viewed by appointment.  Please don't hesistate to inquire with regard to tailoring this plane to your needs (modifications, cosmetics, or avionics) or to discuss financing options.
