The Glasair is a Stoddard-Hamilton designed composite kit plane offering fantastic cross-country speed, responsive handling qualities, and a reliable four-cylinder Lycoming power-plant.  With the economical Lycoming O-320 powerplant, cruise speeds of 155-165 knots are readily available at 7-8 gph fuel burn.

N847LD is a Glasair tailwheel that first flew in 1987.  This quality build was completed in Canada in 1987, then imported previous to being purchased by her current Colorado owner.  The current owner purchased N847LD in 2003, and has improved N847LD by installing Grove aluminum gear legs and a top quality leather interior.

Interior is high quality dark charcoal leather installed in the mid 2000's.  Interior is in excellent condition, and includes pilot and co-pilot shoulder harnesses.
