SOLD - 1979 Piper Seneca II - SOLD
PA34-200T

This 1979 Seneca II has the very desirable Merlyn turbo-controller and wastegate kit, full de-ice, speed-brakes by Precise-Flight, Nayak nacelle tanks, Radar and King KFC-200 Autopilot / Flight Director system.

N70RP started life as N2870N, and spent its first few years in the Atlanta area.  In the early 1980's this Seneca moved to the Denver area, and appears to have been used for some cloud seeding. In the mid 1980's this plane was Lancaster PA based, and after a brief time in Chicago area, she made her way to Colorado which has been home since the early 1990's.

This Seneca has engines that are nearing the 1800 hour Recommended TBO, with a ton of life left in them, and is ready to fly-away with a fresh May Annual.

All specifications are belived to be correct but are subject to verification by buyer.

Paint & Interior

Paint was done, full strip, repaint and control surface rebalance  in 1991.  Paint has a few rough edges in typical wear areas, but is very glossy and backs the claim that the plane has been hangared.  Glass is in good condition with no milkiness evident and some "normal wear and tear" imperfections.

Interior was done in 1991 by Duncan Interiors (one of the top interior shops in the country) in Lakeland Florida. Interior is done with a patterned wool seating surface with grey leather borders. Seats are all in very good condition, with the rear 4 seats showing virtually no wear. Carpet is grey and has some significant staining in the vicinity of the front seats.  Shampooing these areas would likely remove most if not all of the staining.  Rear carpet has a few stains.
