Piper Aerostar 601P / Super 700

N700YP is one of only a few remaining very low time Superstars with under 2200 hours total time and no known damage history.  This heavy case engined Aerostar is loaded with mods, including the 5.5 PSI cabin pressurization upgrade and equipped with all the avionics updates that are hard to find - altitude preselect, active traffic, and a modern RDR-2000 vertical profiling color radar.

In 2011, the Garmin GTN-750 upgrade was done, along with the addition of a hard-wired Garmin 796, King KN65A digital DME and the removal of quite a few dated components.  This work was done by Aerotronics of Billings Montana at a cost of over $63,000.  Much of this expense was due to the wiring being "cleaned up", somthing that most of these older aircraft need but don't have done.  There are few Aerostars that look like this one behind the panel - job well done Aerotronics!

Paint and Interior:
Paint was done in 2007 in a modern white over steel blue metallic with seminole red metallic and medium silver metallic trim.  This plane has been hangared - paint is in very good condition.

Interior is done in pale grey leather with dark grey carpet. Interior good condition with minimal normal wear and tear.  This plane has seating for up to seven with three across the rear bench seat (middle row seats not installed in picture).
