Paint was done with DuPont Imron
in 2003, and is in good condition. Paint appears to be owner
applied. Accent color is red, and
typical of red paint is fading. White base is complete with a few
areas on the trailing edges of flight controls that could be touched up
or stripped and re-shot. There are isolated spots of
filliform corrosion that will need to be cleaned up and
retouched. There are some fuel stains behind the fuel caps.
There are a several dings on top of the wing, likely from the time when
the plane was
disassembled and stored. There is a large ding in the left upper
leading edge
of the cowl. Aircraft appears to have spent much of it's recent
history on the water.
Interior seats and side panels have been done recently with what
appears to be Airtex coverings. Rear seats (not pictured) have matching
cover and are included. Carpet appears to be older than the seats
and side panels
and the front carpet shows sun fading.
