SOLD - 1992 Mooney TLS Bravo - SOLD

N150FC is a low time, high flying personal speedster 1992 Mooney TLS with the Bravo engine.  This TLS had had the same owner for the past 12 years, and has been in her own private hangar in our dry Colorado climate.  The owner has had issues with his flight medical and ano longer has a business use for the aircraft.

This TLS had only a few hours since it was annualed at Top Gun, a Mooney specialist in Stockton, California.  .  N150FC has a fresh annual as of April of 2015,current IFR check, and recent oxygen bottle hydrostatic as of February of 2014.  The few squawks that have been found in the last 10 hours that we have operated the plane have been addressed.

Loaded with speedbrakes, Bendix-King EFIS, Flight Director and Altitude Preselect, this plane is ready for serious cross-country missions with solid 190-200 knot speed at altitudes at or above FL200.

We can include panel upgrades into financing on this plane, or complete upgrades prior to a cash closing.

This is the lowest priced TLS-Bravo on the market at $130,000.  This TLS is a very nice flying, solid and well maintained aircraft.  There will be no valuation problems with this plane as Vref values the plane in the high $150k's, and our very conservative appraisal shows a current value of $140,400 (See appraisal below).

Please don't hesitate to call us at (303) 503-8356 with further questions regarding N150FC, insurance, finance options, upgrades or transition training. Delivery is available.  This plane is based at the Longmont Vance Brand Airport in the Denver area and can be viewed by appointment.

Paint & Interior

Paint was done in 1996 by Woodlake at Sandwich, IL: paint was stripped, cleaned, etched and alodined, then repainted over DP-50 epoxy primer in a split scheme with Pratt and Lambert Really White over Weston Blue, with gold accent.  Paint shows no appreciable fading and only wear and tear typical for a well cared for plane over the 1450 hours of use since.

Interior is original done in blue leather.  Interior shows light wear consistent with a well cared for 2400 hour plane.
